  3. NOTES:  All 500 series units are dual NAM.
  4.         Some 400 series units are single NAM.
  5.         The ESN prefix is 156 decimal, 9C hex.

  8. PROGRAMING:

  10. 1.  Turn on power.
  11.  
  12. 2.  Go to the special function menu by entering MENU, FCN, NEXT, OK, FCN,
  13.     NEXT, OK.  (A * should appear in the display).
  14.  
  15. 3.  Enter * 2 1 0 5 7 # S S S S S OK (where SSSSS is the security code).
  16.     The factory default security code is 12345.
  17.  
  18. 4.  The NEXT key is used to scroll through the parameter NAMES.
  19.  
  20. 5.  To display and/or change a parameter VALUE press OK.
  21.     Parameter values are either NUMERIC, or single option TEXT & 0/1.
  22.     For NUMERIC parameters enter the new value and press OK to store.
  23.     For TEXT & 0/1 parameters press NEXT to toggle and OK to store.

  25. 6.  Press FCN CLR and turn off power to exit programing mode.

  49. NOTES:  Step 01 and 02 will not appear in single NAM units, step 02 must
  50.         be enabled to program NAM 2.

  52.         The lock code must be changed out of programing mode, enter:
  53.         MENU, FCN, NEXT, NEXT, NEXT... (Repeat until display shows "UNLOCK
  54.         CODE") OK, SSSSSS, LLLL, OK (where SSSSS is the security code and
  55.         LLLL is the new lock code).

  57. LOCK: F 0.  UNLOCK: Enter four digit code.

  59. SYSTEM SELECT: FCN 1 then NEXT to scroll, OK to store/exit.
